Steps to Check ICPC Shortlisted Candidates 2024/2025

If you want to see the ICPC list of successful candidates, simply follow the steps below to check whether your name appears on the ICPC shortlist:-

1. Go to the recruitment website at www.icpc.gov.ng using your phone, tablet, or computer. Make sure you have a stable internet connection to avoid interruptions.
2.  On the homepage of the portal, look carefully for the option labeled “Shortlisted Candidates” and click on it.
3. This will take you to the page where the Commission has published the list of all shortlisted applicants for the 2024/2025 recruitment.
4.  A link will appear that either opens a PDF file or a web page containing the names. Click the link to access the full document.
5. Carefully scroll through the list to find your details. To make it faster, you can use the search option on your device (press CTRL + F on a computer or use the “Find” option on your phone browser) and type in your name or application number.
6. Once the list fully loads, you will be able to see whether your name is included, along with other important details provided by the Commission.

Note: Sometimes, the portal may experience heavy traffic when the list is first released, making it difficult to access. If that happens, simply check back later when the site becomes more stable.

In addition to checking the list on the ICPC job portal, shortlisted candidates will also receive an email invitation from ICPC containing details of the screening, including the date, time, and venue. Required Documents for ICPC Screening Exercise

If you have been shortlisted, the next important step is to get all your documents ready ahead of the screening exercise. Candidates are strongly advised to make photocopies of the documents listed below, arrange them neatly in a file, and keep them safe until the screening date is announced. This will help you avoid a last-minute rush or missing documents on the screening day.

You are expected to come along with the following:-

• Two recent passport photographs.  Ensure they are clear, identical, and taken on a plain background.
• Original and photocopies of your academic credentials. This includes your O-Level certificates, ND/HND, Degree certificates, and your NYSC discharge certificate (if applicable).
• A valid means of identification and a photocopy of it. Acceptable IDs include:-

• National ID Card or NIN slip
• Voter’s Card
• International Passport
• Valid Driver’s Licence

• Print-out of your application submission confirmation page. This is the slip you received after successfully submitting your application on the ICPC recruitment portal.

Failure to present any of these documents on the screening date may lead to automatic disqualification, so make sure everything is properly filed and ready.
