How to Check/Download NNPC Shortlisted Candidates 2024/2025
If you applied for the NNPC Recruitment and want to check if you have been shortlisted, follow the steps below to access the list and confirm your status:-
If you find your name on the NNPC list of successful candidates, it is a clear signal that your initial application was successful and that you have met the preliminary requirements to be considered for a prestigious position within the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited.
- Go to www.nnpcgroup.com.
- Use your Application ID and password (or your registered email address) to log in.
- Once you’re on your dashboard, locate and select the “Shortlisted Candidates” tab.
- The list will be displayed for you to check your name.
- If you prefer to download the list, click on the “Download Shortlist” button to get the full list in PDF format.
- Open the downloaded file and search for your name or application ID to confirm your status.

NNPC may also contact successful candidates directly through the email address used during registration. Be sure to:-
- Check your inbox and spam/junk folder regularly for updates.
- Look out for information regarding the CBT exam, screening dates, and venue details.
NNPC CBT Test
If you find your name on the NNPC Shortlisted Candidates 2024/2025 list, you have automatically been invited to take part in the NNPC Computer-Based Test (CBT). This exam will cover questions related to the organization, general knowledge, and other relevant areas.
Only candidates who score above the required mark will move on to the next phase, which is the interview. Successful candidates from the interview stage will then be offered employment with NNPC.
When attending the CBT examination, you are required to go along with the original and photocopies of the following documents:-
- A valid means of identification (e.g. National ID Card, International Passport, Voter’s Card, etc.)
- A copy of your NNPC application slip or acknowledgment printout
- Original and photocopy of your credentials (academic and professional)
- NYSC Certificate or Exemption Letter
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
- Certificate of Origin (Indigene Certificate)
- Recent passport photographs
Make sure you are punctual, well-prepared, and properly dressed.
